Orders are prepared and shipped in 5/7 business days from the date of order confirmation for domestic and Portugal shipments. For international shipments, shipments can take between 7 and 15 working days.
If you wish to make a return, it must be within 7 working days from the day you received your order, as long as the terms of good condition of the product are met. Buyer is responsible for the returns, and it will not be necessary to receive the package with the same company used by Lola Summer. Once we have received it, we will refund the amount of your order, discounting the amount of the initial shipping costs. Returns must be made to the address indicated on the shipping label, indicating the order number and personal data of the person who made the purchase. Only returns received through a delivery company will be accepted. Returns made in the month of August will be processed in September.

Any defects, scratches and / or stains on the item caused by carelessness, misuse or mishandling, or wear caused by normal use will not be considered justified complaints.
